Kendall V. Lynch, CPA

My name is Kendall Verbeek Lynch, and I am an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the University of Washington Michael G. Foster School of Business. I completed my Ph.D. at the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

Broadly, I am interested in how corporate governance structures develop and how these structures influence firm behavior. My research focuses on how regulatory and enforcement agencies shape firm governance, as well as how a firm's compliance structure shapes operational decisions. I am also interested in the role of accounting standards in determining firm behavior.
